Location: End of Fundy ParkwayCounty: St. John County Map: Location Map Year Constructed: 1974 Length: 83 metres Spans: 1 Comments: A nice footbridge with lots of bounce and sway in great condition. It's located near the Interpretive Centre at the end of the Fundy Parkway. Easy access. The footbridge is also the gateway to the Fundy Trail and the Fundy Footpath trail. To get to it just follow the road all the way out past St. Martins to the end of the Fundy Parkway. $8 park entrance fee per day. This bridge is probably the most visited footbridge in the province, even moreso than the Priceville one due to the heavy promotion of the Fundy Parkway on the radio/print ads in summer. ![]() Salmon River Footbridge near St. Martins |
